2008-02-26 It's alive!  The Van lives again!  It is ready for another 165,000 miles. 

2008-02-24 Everything is on the mend... Lori is doing well and I am now digging into the van.  It died a couple weeks back.  Since Lori did not need her car I got to drive the Cadillac to work :-).   This past week was Brendon's winter break so I drove the Grand Am.  It needs a muffler (on my list...) so it is a bit annoying but dependable.

 I have finally diagnosed the van (hopefully correct) with a bad fule pump.  Sounds simple right??  It is in the fuel tank so it has to be emptied (siphon..joy) and then the tank dropped.  Hopefully it goes smooth.  I have the parts ($260 later!!).  On the plus side this means the fuel gage that stopped working a couple years (or was it 3 or 4 years) back should work again!  Woohoo!
